The Hotel Jen is ideally located near the waterfront of the world renowned Victoria Harbour in the Western District, a traditional area of Hong Kong known for its remnants of centuries-old shops and stores selling beautiful Chinese antiques. Also nearby is the Western Harbour Tunnel, providing easy and fast access to Kowloon and Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok.

The hotel has 276 guest rooms and all rooms are equipped with in-room safe, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, mini bar, card key guest room locks, access to a multi-lingual voice mail system, modem connection, a bedside control for lighting, wake-up alarm, air-conditioning and radio stations and an in-house movie system. In-room fax machines are available on request.
