Accommodation Question

I have a room booked from 24th Aug to 29th Aug. The room may be booked under Mills or with the Australian Wakeboard/Waterski Team,
Team Manager's name is Kevin Greene. Just wondering if it is possible to have a fold-out bought into this room for another person to sleep on
if necessary? Can you please let me know via email, thankyou
