sending emails to guests

My friend Barbara Harford is staying in your hotel on 9th September. She is with a small group of 7 led by Mrs Pat Reedy. If I send her an email to your hotel about that time, I am wondering if you would be kind enough to give her a copy of it please. That would be very helpful.
