Inquiry on the Invitation Letter

Good day

Just want to ask, I already booked a flight to beijing, but there's a new rule now here in the embassy in the Philippines that in order for us to get a visa one option is to get an invitation letter from an authorize travel agency just like the example below


a) Tourism Administration Bureau of Chinese Province, Autonomous Region or Municipality Directly under Central Government
b) CITS Group Corp, CITS Head Office, CTS Head Office, CYTS etc.



And so I check on the web and I found this site.



Just want to ask if you are an authorized travel agency and do you issue an invitation letter
