expenses of rent,electricity and water in months

how much cost the electricity and water in months?how is the depositum?do every room has refriga. and microwave(important)?how is the condition of MRT and BTS in area,is it easy to travell to bangkoks center by them?is there any special offer if someone rent the room more than three months(lets say four months)?thank you for your help and hope to see you soon.if every thing is ok l shall travell to bangkok in the end of nov.2012. your sincerely noshad
