enquiry for 1 room for 3 adults at East Ocean Hotel, Xiamen.

Hello. I have stayed at East Ocean Hotel years ago when I visited Xiamen and I would love to stay there on my next trip this November 21-26, 2012. I will be bringing my mother and brother with me. However, we would like to stay in one (1) room only. I would like to know the following:

1. Does East Ocean Hotel offer one (1) room for 3 adults? How are the bed arrangements? 3 single beds?
2. How much is the room rate for 1 room for 3 adults per night?
3. How do I make a reservation?
4. Can I pay upon arrival at the hotel already?
