Today I booked your hotel accommodation in the period 27.12.2012-01.01.2013.(from booking.com site)
When i was booking, it was written in large letters ''free cancellation''.But, I received a notice from the bank that you charge me from the account (Visa Card) 55 pounds ... so I do not understand why? If you said you do not charge booking and cancellation.. why you charge me 55 pounds?
