Summer Palace Sites

Hi, I read good reviews of this trip. I'm interested to book with you and I hope you'll be able to answer my questions.
Does your Summer Palace package include the entrance to sites inside the Palace (45 RMB)? or it's just the entrance fee (50 RMB)?
What time are we suppose to reach our hotels or end the trip?
What is the pick up time from our hotel?
Since it's snowing there in Beijing these days, when climbing the Great Wall, what comfortable outfit do you suggest? Do I bring ear muffs with me and heavy duty boots? Is the way up there slippery?
