Item missing from goods forwarded from hotel.

On 8th November,2012 I was a guest at your hotel in Beijing on a Wendy Wu Tour. My friend and I had done a little too much shopping, so we asked that the hotel staff organise for a parcel to be sent back to Australia for us. Our tour guide, Frankie was also involved in organising this with your staff. We were told to leave 5,000 cash in your money and the goods would be sent home to Australia. An envelope with the balance of the money left over was to be included in our delivery. The delivery docket I have says the cost was $500.00 aus. I would therefore ask that you forward the balance owing to me, which I believe to be $245.00 aus , to be forwarded to me as soon as possible. Thanking you.
