Cancellation of flights: We have to cancel our flights due to a medical issue that means that I’m unable to fly. I understand that there will be a good chance fees will be changed for cancellation but will require an email stating the money refunded and the fees so will can claim on our personal travel insurance.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry .
Here below is the cancellation policy for your tickets :30% to charge up to 24 hours before departure, 60% to charge after that
so if you cancel it now ,it will charge you 30% for the cancellation .
Please kindly reply us if you need to cancel it .

yes we need to cancel both my and my wife Helen Connolly. The booking number is CTD17120317440041. The flight was from Beijing to Shanghai on the 2018-01-07.
