Confirmation Business travel stay : 23.April - 27.April

Hello Baoding Power Valley reservation team,

Hereby I’d like to confirm my stay during business travel from Monday, 23 of April to Friday, 27 of April. The booking has already be done.

During this time, and possibly a little earlier, I have come forward with a few small packages. I’d like to ask you to deposit and store these packages at the reception for me. I will receive them from you immediately upon my arrival. It is expected to be 8 small packages, which are received by mail or package service. The packages contain bakeware and utensils/tools for baking cakes. Gifts that I would like to bring to my wife when I turn back home.

Please confirm the receipt of this mail and the agreement to temporarily store the packages.
