Question about my booking from September 1st to 7th.

I have booked Zhejingang Zijingang Hotel-Hangzhou and paid for my resevation from September 1st to 7th via 2018 ACHS Conference website. However, the website was down and under repair. There is no other way to confirm whether my booking was done correctly. Also, according to ACHS organizer's response, it seems to me that my booking was done from August 31st to September 6th incorrectly.
I have two questions.
One is whether my booking was done from September 1st to 7th.
Second is how to solve this problem if the ACHS organizer booked your hotel from August 31st to September 6th.
