Classic Standard Room of USD103.38 - Query and Appreciate your response.

hi,

i'm looking at the classic standard room - 15 day advance booking which costs USD103.38. check-in will be on 29 September 2012 and check-out is 2 October 2012. my query is

1. if i'll like to cancel the room, how many days in advance do i need to make the cancellation and will it be free or there will be a fee charged?
2. i understand the payment is to be made at the hotel. does it mean that i need not make payment through this website and no cost will be charged to my credit card when i provide the credit card details?
