- Hi Tom,
We have now undertaken three tours with China Travel Depot (Xian, Hidden Charms of the Chinese Minorities and Yangtze River Cruise) and have highly recommended your agency to friends living in China as a tour company that provides excellent value and service, as well as private or small group tours that can start and finish when and where you need them to.
The guides have all had excellent English, good knowledge of the area being explored and an enthusiastic and friendly attitude and have generally paced each day's itinerary to our pace and the needs of our young children. The drivers have also been very accommodating, helpful, friendly and generally fairly safe on the roads.
Sincerely,
Amber McCullough, Austrilia

- Dear Sir/Madam,
We had been on a tour to China organized by Touchwood from Bombay, India. We were a group of ten people, and our trip in Beijing was on 25th July. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly, very well organized...all the landmarks were amazing, something we will remember forever!
Our guide allocated by you was Charles Li. It was due to him that our trip was such a success and so very enjoyable. Charles was a very wonderful tour guide. He was very caring and considerate, a quality rarely seen these days. Always had a smile on his face and tried his very best to keep each one of us happy!
We wish him all the best and plenty of success in his career.
Many thanks to all of you at China Travel Depot for a wonderful trip.
Warm Regards,
Dr. & Mrs. Sutterwala

Dear Julia,
My husband and I want to thank you for the wonderful trip that we experienced with your organization. Your company and guide handled the trip very well. I WILL REMEMBER THAT FOREVER! There are a lot of unknowns when you book a tour like this online and you really do not have much to rely on for information on the business. Your company provided the trip of a lifetime that I was so hoping for. I would recommend your company to anyone thinking about making a trip to China. It isn't often that people can say that they have truly had their dream come true, but you made mine happen.
Our guide had shown high level of professionalism and did excellent jobs in looking after us. I found his sense of humor and personal touch very endearing. The car that was provided during our tour was very comfortable. It was very clean and it is obvious that the driver maintains the car well. Our driver did not speak English as well however he was always courteous and would open the doors for us when we were getting in or out of the car.
We felt like we were able to see the best New Beijing had to offer without the feeling of being rushed. It was truly an amazing experience and we have China Travel Depot.com to thank. We would absolutely recommend this tour company to anybody traveling through China. We look forward to our next trip and booking with your company.
Please feel free to use our comments in anyway you see fit.
Best Regards,
Priscilla Smith
