The valley is best known for “five wonders”, namely, colorful forest, crystal ponds, high peaks, flying waterfalls and the culture of Tibetan.
Jiuzhaigou covers the Shuzheng Valley, Rize Valley and Zechawa Valley that take a 'Y' shape, in the Minshan Mountain Range. At the end of Zechawa Valley is the Chang (Long) Lake and virgin forests. From south to north, both valleys stretch and meet at Nuorilang. Visitors can go there all year around because the scenery will change according to the temperature.
