  • "IT SUCKS! Big time!"
  • We stayed at this so-called hotel after we were convinced (or rather conned) by this Joyce Tolentino who showed us nice pictures via facebook. She even offered a free night if we will book for 2 nights. But we were uber disappointed after seeing the room, it was MOLDY, the sink leaks, no hot water, and the bed creaks and the room has moths and mosquitos. We tried to negotiate for a better room but they have nothing more to offer, so we opted to transfer to another hotel after 1 night of hell! They did not even refunded the 2nd night we paid, saying it's non refundable. When we were at our new hotel -- the white house -- and we vented out our disappointed, somebody heard our misadventure. Lo and behold, it was known in the whole boracay that Joyce is really a con when it comes to misrepresentation in booking. There are good rooms in Tawhay but be reminded NOT to book thru JOYCE TOLENTINO or to a certain ARWEN BARRIOS, because they are not even a representative of the hotel, manloloko lang talaga.

Dear Sir/Madam, Is your hotel can accommodate gustes that has completed 14 days quarantine from another hotel? They have to stay for 1 week again before they can got to their accommodation. These group of 7 foreign nationals are coming to work there in Bailun.
