Nestled at the foot of a mountain, the Zhangjiajie International Resort (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Guoji Dujiajiudian) is located in Wulingyuan scenic area. Hello there I am Canadian and I would be with my daughter has Zhangjiajie 28 August to 1 September 2014. I want to know if I'm going to sleep at your hotel: - Is it easy to talk to you in English? - Do you have a tour desk to arrange and advise to make excursions to the mountains? - Do you have a shuttle service to go to the Tour? - Is it be possible to find an English speaking guide for tours at your hotel? - Do you have a currency exchange for money? - Do you have a shuttle service to the airport? and how much does it cost? - Can we have a late check out because my flight is at 9:00 pm Thank you very much, and I hope to make a nice trip in your area. Thank you for your inquiry. Here is the answer for your reference:

The hotel staff can speak English. We can arrange the English speaking tour guide for you. There is no shuttle bus from airport to hotel, you have to book a sedan for the pick-up servcie. You can exchange your money at the hotel front desk. The hotel will charge you half day room rate for late check-out.
