- Ancient Shexian country-Driving Time (40 minutes);(3)Xuguo Stone Archway (piece of typical Ming architecture rarely seen in the country)-Sightseeing (30 minutes);(4)Doushanjie Ancient Street (The most representative street in Huangshan/Shexian)-Sightseeing (1.5 hours);(5)Local Restaurant- Lunch (1 hour);(6)Yuliang Village (One of The most representative villages in Huangshan)-Sightseeing (1.5 hours);(7)Drive back to Downtown Tunxi, Drop-off service at your hotel before 5:00PM
- Xuguo Stone Archway is located in the Shexian County and built in the Twelfth Year of the Wanli Reign of Emperor Shenzong in the Ming Dynasty (1584 A.D), Xuguo Stone Archway is shaped as Chinese character "Kou" (mouth), with eight pillars standing at four sides which bring it a folk name of "eight -foot Archway". Because it was built by ministerial Xu Guo, so it is also called "Scholar Archway". When you visit the Doushan Street and Yuliang Ancient Wharf, you will know the ancient Hui culture.
