Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is a main place of interest in Lijiang. In the morning, your private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel around 9am.
Firstly, you will visit the Baisha Murals at Baisha Village. They are painted over a thousand years ago. The murals combine the cultures of Han, Tibetan and Naxi people displaying the life stories of the Tibet Buddhism, Confucian and Taoism.
Then you will visit the Black Dragon Pool. The park holds the Black Dragon Pool and gets name because of it. The pool is listed in the Collections of Famous Pools of China for beautiful scenery.
You will have lunch at local Chinese restaurant.
Here comes the visit to the Jade Dragon Mountain. It's a snow capped mountain with an altitude of 5596 meters above sea level. Its high mountain and meadow views setting off the snow and rivers, construct amazing picture. You will take the cable car up the mountain and reach the Spruce Meadow (Yunshan Ping). It is a good place to overlook the mountains and have some free time there. Walk slowly until you get used to the altitude. A warm coat is advisable and eating snacks often help the body to adjust more quickly. After that, take the cable car down the mountain.
End the tour and transfer you to the hotel around 6pm.
During today's tour, a Chinese cultural shop visit is organized.
