Xi’an Xianyang International Airport launches the winter-spring flights plan and adds 17 destinations

27th Oct, Xi’an Xianyang International Airport starts to launch the winter-spring season flights plan, which adds 17 destinations this season compared with a year ago.

It is learnt that this season is 154 days, 22 weeks in total, and will end on 29th Mar, next year. The total amount of flights of this season is 50929, with a year-on-year net increase of 3194 flights. The daily amount of flights is 661, with a net increase of 41 flights.

Compared with this time last year, this season adds 17 destinations, including Huaihua, Luzhou, Jingdezhen, Zunyi, Qinhuangdao, Chifeng, Binyi, Beihai, Xiahe, Yiwu, Kashi, Wuyishan, Changzhou , Hami, Fuyang, Tongliao and Seattle.

Furthermore, the amount of official, commercial and traditional travel routes flights grows significantly. The share of the stopover flights increases and nearly forty percent of flight routes rise to varying degrees. Some routes add more than 1 flight per day, such as Shenzhen, Erdos, Kunming, Chongqing, Harbin, Shijiazhuang, Wuxi and Ningbo. Some routes’ increments are around 2-4 flights, such as Urumqi, Haikou, Guangzhou, Xining, Shanghai, Xiamen, Nanning and Lijiang. Yulin, Qingdao and some other routes add more than 5 flights. Nanjing, Hangzhou, Dalian and Guilin decrease 1 flight at least.
