Tibet Airlines adds 4 routes including Lhasa to Beijing

Reporter got the news from Tibet Airlines that they will execute the Summer-autumn plan and add 4 new routes.
According to the briefing, the new routes are Lhasa-Yinchuan-Beijing, Lhasa-Golmud, Chongqing-Changdu and Lhasa-Xining-Yushu.
With the Tibetan society constant development, the demand of going to Tibet for business and travel increases year by year. At present, routes from Lhasa to Beijing, except the non-stop one, often have a stopover at Chengdu or Shenzhen. It is introduced by the brand manager of Tibet Airlines that the new Lhasa-Yinchuan-Beijing route is the first Lhasa-Beijing route in northwest. Its flight time is about 4 hours, which is the shortest route from Lhasa to Beijing.
Lhasa-Golmud route is the second route from Lhasa to Qinghai. Golmud is the communication hub in Tibetan Plateau, so the opening of this route promotes supporting Tibet work and achieves the advantage compensation, mutual benefits and development between Tibet and Qinghai.
