Dear Joanna-

We have today returned to the UK after nearly 4 weeks in China, the first 3 weeks having been arranged by James Li. He provided us with an excellent service and all the arrangements worked perfectly. The hotels he helped us chose were all great experiences; some were Chinese so very different and some were western-style. All were good in their own way and by having a mix of hotel styles we had a much better experience than if we had been in all western-style hotels.

We were met by travel guides who were all efficient and organised and helped us in each location get to our destination. We travelled by different means, car, flights, fast trains, overnight sleeper and finally river cruise boat each giving us a different view of China. We also used buses metros in the cities and taxis of course.

My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services for a personal trip around China. Initially we looked at UK based companies but chose your company to organise our individual tailored tour and we are very pleased that we did. All communication was by email in English and worked well.

Our final few days were in Shanghai and Hong Kong which we organised ourselves and these worked well for us having by then with CTS support become familiar with the ease of travel and communication in China.
