Hello Luis,
We have returned from a very memorable trip in Harbin and wish to say to you that your arrangements in every way were exceptional. Thanks to you we feel that we have seen many wonderful things and have a greater understanding of Northeast China and its people.
All of your arrangements were without fault. The driver and guide very competent and helpful, the hotel comfortable and the scenery wonderful. The company upgraded us to a junior suite and we are sure this was as a result of your good reputation. We may visit Shanghai next Spring !
