Ned and I arrived in Huangshan this morning, and Mr.Xiao met us at the railway station. Then he drove us to the hotel. So all was well, and I have a computer in the room so can catch up on email!

Thanks again for all your help. The trip went very smoothly, the Four Uniques of Mt. Huangshan - rocky peaks, oddly-shaped pines, crystal-clear mountain springs and seas of clouds gave us a deep impression, and the carefully designed format and spectacular architecture of Hongcun did the same…
