- There are several things I'd like to complain about: First, we arrived at 00:45 which is early , but finished the registration procedure, though we kept pushing her, at already 01:25. It irritated me a lot that the receptionist was totally unskilled and inexperienced. Second, our room was taken by the guest before us. Owing to our late arrival , I've seperately contacted eLong and HanTing to confirm the reservation of 2 standard rooms. They all promised they would keep the rooms for me until the next morning as I'd guaranteed them by credit cards. Not until the two guests ahead of us finished there registration procedure, I gave my identity card to the receptionist. But he began to serve the guest that came later than us. I've noticed that he was also checking for a standard room but I didn't give too much thought to it. However, when it finally came down to us, we were told there were only one standard room left. It was infuriating! We had no choice but to switch to a superior one with a higher price. Third, the service attitude was very bad and the breakfast was not that good since it charged 15 yuan per person. Forth, the drive route is very complex. Though it's easy to see the hotel, but it's very difficult to find.

- "The economy room on Sunday is terrific"
- The economy room on Sunday is terrific. It's the typical style of quick-hotel. It's clean but too small. As it has no computer desk. I have to put my computer on a little table and use it while squatting.

- The furniture inside is smelly. But the rest of the room is OK since it's hard to find a better one with the same kind of price. But I'm still not recommending it because health comes first!
