"Demerits: Poky rooms"
Demerits: Poky rooms, old facilities, a mouldy taste. Merits: Good price, convenient transportation (one minute walk to the subway station), plenty of restaurants opposite. Be close to Shichahai. Recommended.

"Good location"
Good location. Be close to the subway station and the snach street. Cozy little rooms. The biggest demerit: the sound insulation is bad. Since our room is near the stairs, we can hear the ring of reception phone, even the sound of shower from the next room.
