Avoid this hotel if you are not a smoker. It could be just the way this city is but is smells like a pub. There is a single non-smoking floor but given one can smoke any where in the hotel it does...

杭州にあるホテル。
豪華な造りで、部屋も広く、ゆっくりと過(guò)ごせました。
立地も悪くないですし、西湖に行かれる観光客（中國(guó)人）も多いそうです。
私が宿泊した時(shí)も団體でいた人たちのマナーが大変悪かったです。
聲は大きいし、タバコはプカプカ。
エレベーターの中までタバコ臭かったのは許せませんね。
朝食は品揃えは多いですが、中華的なので、日本人が食べるにはがっかりでしょう。
