Fragrant Hills Park is located on the west side of Beijing. It is more than 20 kilometers from Beijing. Due to the highest peak, 557 meters above sea level, looks like a huge incense burner, so we call it “Incense Burner Peak.” (Xiang Lu Feng).
The Fragrant Hills has a very long history and a natural scenery of the mountain forest park, especially the temples around the distribution of a large number of cultivated plants, such as Ginkgo biloba and Pinus tabulaeformis, planting a long time, number of old trees, numerous.
There are three convenient roads for enjoying the park. The Glasses Lake, Cascade Cave, Fine-Day and Jian Xin Pavilions, Zhao Temple, Glazed Pagoda and the Geyun Bell along the northern road. The Tingxue, Purple Mist, and Wangfeng Pavilions, Zhisong Garden, Lotus Lawn, Yuhua Villa, Snow-On-the-West Mountain, Incense-Burner Peak, Chongyang Garret along the middle road.
