Weihai Train station is located in the economic and technical development zone, with bus line 1 or 12 reaching the destination. The station now has passenger trains to Beijing, Jinan and Hankou as well as a special line to Zibo.

By sea

Weihai has an advantage of sea transportation, owing to its geological position. The major seaports are Weihai Seaport, Longyan Seaport and Shidao Seaport, of which the former one is responsible for domestic lines, and the latter two are mainly for international ones. At 17 p.m. every Wensday, Friday and Sunday,and at 18 p.m. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, there are cruises to Incheon, Korea.

By bus

Mass transportation in Weihai is very convenient. If you want to go shopping in Hualian Mansion, you may take bus line 1, 3 or 9. Those who wish to have fun in South Korean Town, you may take bus line 12, 1, 24, 33 and 36. South Korean Town is located near Century Mansion.

The transportation in bathing place is also convenient. Out of the gate there is a bus station. You may take bus line 7 to go to the center of the city, South Korean Town, Liugong Island. It only takes you around 20 minutes. If you get off the bus at the stop Diwang Palace, and go north for 100 meters, you will find a Diwang Palace market. You could buy seafood, vegetables or fruits there. Especially after 4 O’clock in the afternoon, plenty of fresh seafood would be on sale.

The train station is near the motor station. You can take bus line 12 there and get off the bus at the stop Weihai TV station, and transfer to bus line 7 until the stop Sea Harbour. Tourist Wharf is there, and Happy Park, Weihai Park and some other parks are also at this area.
