Haikou Climate

 Haikou Weather 

The tropical climate is the typical feature of Haikou which is located in the north end of Hainan province. From April to October, the weather here is rainy and hot with typhoons and tropical storms occurring frequently. In the other half of the year, it is packed with visitors which are hiding from the depressing winter covering the mainland. Although the temperature at Haikou drops to about 5 as its low point, the peaceful sea, the beautiful sunshine and the warm breeze feels no influence by the coldness. 

The best time to go:

Almost traditional festivals of the Miao nationality are held between March and October, which makes this period a prime time to have a visit, especially in summer time. Plus, Guiyang is encircled by mountains where a numerous flora tint all mountain areas multicolored, a visitor could experience the minority nationality’s customs in downtown and get himself or herself rejuvenated by enjoying the nature.
