2Itinerary
- Your private English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel around 8:30am.
- Today's excursion will start from driving about 1.5 hours to Dujiangyan. Upon arrival, visit Lidui Park, the representative of Sichuan landscape parks. And then there comes the beginning of exploring miraculous shocking Dujiangyan Irrigation System while visiting Fish Mouth water-dividing dam, Flying sand fence, and Bottle-neck channel. As a conspicuous hydraulic project with a long history of 2000 years, it is regarded as one of the national cultural relic protection units.
- Have lunch at local restaurant.
- Soon after having lunch, we will send you to Mt. Qingcheng. As a cradle for Taoism, Mt. Qingcheng is famed as the most peaceful and secluded mountain under heaven. While climbing up this quiet Taoist mountain, you will be completely falling into the lovely flowers and streams interspersed among the forests around this fantastic wonderland, thus admire the mountain as integrity of grandeur, magnificence, tranquility, precipice and mystery.
- The whole tour takes about 8 hours, ended by driving you back to hotel in Chengdu around 5pm.
- During today's tour, a Chinese cultural shop visit is organized.
