Destinations: Arrive at Fenghuang County

Activities: Meet at Fenghuang County bus station or Jishou Railway station, transfer to hotel. Service starts from your arrival. International/Domestic flight/train arrangement is on your own.

Destinations: Fenghuang

Activities: Fenghuang County Town is located on the western edge of Hunan Province and next to Guizhou. Fenghuang Ancient City, claimed to be one of the two most beautiful towns in China, it sets an example of what villages were like before the start of modernization. In the town dozens of lanes are paved with stones that run between the wooden houses built on stilts. Generations of local people have stepped on the lanes and worn them down bit by bit. Mist envelopes the town in the early morning or after a rain, creating a charming picturesque scene of Southwest China.

Destinations: Depart from Fenghuang County

Activities: Today you will take a tour to Dehang Miao Village, where Miao ethnic people live.

Dehang, meaning "beautiful valley" in Miao language, In the scenic spot, streams are crossing to each other; deep valleys, spectacular waterfalls, grand mountain ranges, ancient trees and special flowers, precious birds and animals are everywhere.Tourists can also extract oil, making papers, weaving cloth and grinding rice by themselves. In this scenic spot, there are such programs being guest in Miao family as exchanging songs at the gate, offering wines, Miao drum dance, saying good bye to guests with lantern. Therefore coming to Dehang for a tour is just like coming to a beautiful and fairy-tale world.

Free time wondering around the old town and then transfer to railway or bus staion for your train or bus to next destination. Service ends at your departure from Fenghuang. Your local guide will say goodbye to you after transferring you to the station. International/Domestic flight/train arrangement is on your own.

Dear Tom,

Thank you for arranging this memorable tour! Sorry it took a while to get this back to you I have had some catching up to do since arriving home. Our guide was very nice. Our flight was delayed and she had to adapt to the new situation. She did that very well.

The food choices were well thought out and reflected a good balance between regional Chinese dishes and some more "western friendly" choices. The car and driver were fine. The car was comfortable and the driver courteous throughout the trip.

It was an excellent trip. China Travel Depot provided exceptional service, and we had a wonderful time!

Good afternoon, Luis!
We would like to thank you for the excellent services and arrangements we had during our China visit. This was not my first time to go to China. I hope to come again in the future.

Overall we can say the service had been very good. The food arrangements were well done. As we are very strict for not eating Pork, and this represented a big challenge, but all went just fine. The guides were very friendly, helpful, cooperatives and good in English. Their knowledge and information were perfect. The driver didn't speak a word of English but we had lots of fun with him. He was very cute and was always standing at the right place. Our bus was clean enough.

Fenghuang County Town was a beautiful place, which was different from the towns in Europe. It gave me a fresh feeling. Dehang Miao Village lived a group of people called Miao, which I heard for the first time, and they had their own ethnic style. By the way, they were good at singing and dancing. There clothes were beautiful and unique.

Once again thank you for everything and we will definitely recommend your services to all our family and friends and if we were to visit China again we will use your services.
