The hotel is owned and operated by Inn Barsby Hotel Management Company, managed by Robert Barsby, an international hotelier from England and his wife Zeng Xian Yu, a well known clothing designer who designed the hotel. The Inn Barsby Hotel is Chengdu’s first boutique hotel London style. It is tastefully designed and decorated to European standards with 124 rooms and 11 suites of different sizes ranging up to 45 square meters. All the guest rooms have showers, internet connection, direct dial telephones and flat screen televisions. A number of the suites feature DVD players and Mahjong tables. The hotel is conveniently situated in the west of Chengdu in the Jinniu business district and it takes approximately 10 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to the airport. Fuqin Shi Lo is a major retail clothing street and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and night clubs. Sentosa, one of Chengdu's most well known western restaurants is 500 meters from the hotel. Numerous Sichuanese specialty and hot pot restaurants are close to it.The hotel is also ideally located near highway access for trips to the Wolong Giant Panda Reserve, Chengdu Zoo, Mount Emei and the Leshan Giant Buddah. We have one meeting room and board room which can accommodate any meeting up to 16 persons board room style, 30 persons classroom style or 50 persons theatre style. The room has natural daylight and is located on the 4th floor.
