"service mind hotel."
It is a small hotel next to a park and the silk museam.There is a bus station near it. If you want to travel by taxi,the reception will call and no charge.there are no breakfast included and hotel restuarant open about 11am.but the staff helped ours to local restuarant .It is very cheap.If you can't speak chinese,chinese dictionary will help you.The reception is active but they can speak little english.
