The Lake View Hotel was the first garden hotel in Wuhan to be built according to international five star standards. The Lake View Garden Hotel (Hubin huayuan jiudian) is situated near the East Lake and Fuhu Hill.

The hotel guest rooms are nicely decorated with antique furniture and and comfortable and modern facilities. The views of the lake and gardens are also pleasant and make a stay in this rather industrial city more pleasant. The hotel is also renowned for its Dragon Phoenix Boat, where you can enjoy the lake view while taking Chinese tea. There is an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and tennis courts here too.
