The City Suifenhe is the first city in China to allow Russian Rouble used normally as China RMB. The city Suifenhe don't far from Harbin is the border city in Heilongjiang. There are frequent business relations and trade between the businessmen of two countries.

This policy issued by Chinese government will promote the trade of China and Russia also will benefit the travel industry. It is estmated that increadingly Russian travellers will go to Heilongjiang in the coming year of 2014.
