Frontier Inspection waiting time of Shanghai Airport is the shortest in the world

The result of Global Airport Passengers Satisfaction Evaluation in the third quarter 2013 showed that the index of Shanghai Airport frontier inspection waiting time is 4.85, which ranks first in the world.
The International Airport Association entrusts a third party to evaluate the facilities, service of more than 100 International airports thoroughly and systematically each quarter according to 36 indexes. This evaluation is called Global Airport Passengers Satisfaction Evaluation. There are 3 indexes in the evaluation related closely to every frontier inspection authorities, which are ”passport control”, “passport control waiting time” and ”whether the passport control officers are polite and helpful”.
