3. Hotels on weekend are extremely busy, as many Chinese families would like to use the weekend to enjoy Shanghai Expo. Popular hotels are welcomed by most travelers, and you can't stay there if your dates overlap with weekend, which are most likely to be fully booked, so, you'd have to either change hotels or can't book desired hotels.

4. Hotel will increase the price. When hotels have sold out most of its rooms, when hotels care little about sales with so many people and huge needs, they have no choice but increase the price to the highest as long as travelers can afford.
