BENEFITS:
1. Nice starting point to explore Beijing (close to the subway round-line station).
2. Nice breakfast (Chinese-style).
3. Free Wi-Fi internet.
I do not mention the Beijing Railway Station as a benefit because we were unable to use it anyway.
Fast trains to Shanghai depart from/arrive to a different railway station also accesible by the subway (Beijing South Railway Station).
DRAWBACKS
1. Tiny rooms (just enough space to walk around our king-size bed)
2. Somewhat noisy because the railway is close to the hotel (about 150 m) but we slept okay.
When we arrived, they were unable to find our reservation information even after I have presented my iterary from Chinatraveldepot.com. However since there was a free room, and they offered us the same price, we just took it and did not contact Chinatraveldepot.com.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: A good choice for a traveller who travells a lot all over Beijing.
