2Itinerary
- Your tour guide will pick you up at 8:30AM.
- After 2 hours’ driving, you will arrive at Suzhou city, a cultural and historical city in east China. It is celebrated around the world for its elegant gardens. Laid out within a limited area by the house, a classical garden of Suzhou is a microcosm of the world made of the basic elements of water, stones, plants and different kinds of buildings with literary allusions. All classical gardens of Suzhou, like shining pearls, are a brilliant part of Chinese cultural heritage.
- In the morning, you will visit Suzhou Lingering Garden and Ancient Suzhou Silk Museum.
- After lunch, you will transfer to Zhouzhuang Water Village, a famous ancient town in the south of the Yangtze River of China. Located in the southeast of Suzhou City, the town is a peaceful and secluded place, filled with ancient style buildings. Zhouzhuang is a popular tourist destination. It is one of the most famous water townships in China, noted for its profound cultural background, the well preserved ancient residential houses, the elegant watery views and the strong local colored traditions and customs. It has been called the "Venice of the East".
- During today's tour, a Chinese cultural factory visit is organized.

- "Marco Polo is absolutely right!"
- Marco Polo once described Suzhou and Hangzhou in these words: “In heaven there is paradise/ on earth, Suzhou and Hangzhou.” Though I just visited Suzhou, I wanna say Marco Polo is absolutely right! The Master of Nets Garden is of unique beauty and is very big; one day is too short to taste its beauty.

- "Panmen Ancient City Wall is my favorite"
- Panmen Ancient City Wall is my favorite spot. The guide said that it was built thousands of years ago, during the Spring and Autumn Period, the great Wiseman Wu Zixu built the city wall to defend others. Sitting in the city, you can touch the history and taste ancient china.

- The arrangement is pretty good! Master of Nets Garden, Panmen Ancient City Wall, Grand Canal and Silk Factory, I did enjoy myself a lot! I was interested in the silk producing, next time; I will take a close look at it.
