Wuhan is the provincial capital of Hubei province, the largest metropolis and the central city of Central China. Wuhan is divided into three parts by Yangtze River,forming the pattern of the Wuhan,Hankou and Hanyang confrontation across the river. Wuhan is a typical landscape garden city with hundreds of large or small hills standing all over the three towns and almost two hundred lakes running through the towns, the water area amounts to one quarter of the whole area of the city. Among the lakes, the East Lake’s water area is thiry-three square kilometers ,which is the largest lake in the city of China.
