Hi James,

I have arrived safely back in the UK, Philip remains in Kazakstan.

I am emailing you to say what a wonderful holiday we had. The sights, culture, scenery and my experience of China will remain with me for a long time as one of the most enjoyable holidays of my life.

The service we received throughout was excellent, our guides were knowledgeable, organized and efficient and always on time, when we agreed a time to meet they were there. Please pass on my special thanks to Jessica (Suzhou), Zoe (Nanjing) and Jade (Shanghai), They certainly took the hassle out of our sightseeing and we were able to enjoy our visits to the historical sites.

Our drivers were also excellent, and I cannot fault our accommodation, which was a luxury and just needed after a busy day sightseeing.

I would not hesitate to recommend China Travel Depot for its personalized service it gives its clients.

Kind regards,

Dear James,

I wanted to thank you for planning our trip to China. We had such a great time. This will truly be an unforgettable trip!

In Shanghai, the Maglev train was exciting: over 300 km/hr! Interestingly, the last thing I saw – the visit to the Urban Planning Department – which didn't sound that exciting, amazed me when I saw that the whole of Shanghai has been almost completely rebuilt into a very modern city within the last 30 years, with literally thousands of high-rise buildings and massive infrastructure. This was really quite staggering.

We were very satisfied with you and your company. We will use you again if we ever decide to go to China again.
I like to thank you again for everything.

Beast regards,

Dear James,

Thank you very much for your hospitality during our visit to China. I will simply say we were taken very good care by you anywhere we went. The guides and the drivers were excellent and did not have any issues about the language as the guide took care of us in all places. In fact I do not have anything to complain about our whole trip as it went so smooth like China silk. We will remember the birthdays you shared with both of us especially on the 14th in Suzhou. You made it such a great event and we were pleasantly surprised on that evening in Xian. We thank you very much once again for your kind help and service which made our China trip very memorable and would recommend to our friends to use your service and help that you provided us.

All the meals were excellent in quality, except the lunch on our departure day from Beijing. Our guide explained it was a new restaurant you were trying but the service and food were very poor. The best meal was the one we had at the restaurant in Shanghai, before we went to the acrobatic show. I cannot remember the name of it.

Our guide was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us great insight into life in Shanghai. Their English was excellent. All of them were very patient with the children. They also went to a lot of trouble to help us get our luggage to the train station, organizing to get it as close as possible and then physically helping to lug it to the platform. Thank them a lot!

It was an absolutely wonderful tour. I completely feel as though I got more than my money's worth. The tour was perfect and so much more than I expected! I have recommended your tours to my friends, who are considering traveling to China.

Thanks,
Charles Gifford,
New Zealand
