I apologize for not replying to you sooner, but I only arrived back home last week as I visited Shigatse. I want to thank you for helping to make my first visit to China so enjoyable. I have traveled overseas many times, but this was one of my best holidays. All the arrangements were excellent.
To our guide I can only say that he is the utmost professional. His extensive knowledge of everything we saw or experienced made our trip wonderful. He also helped us out when my husband broke his glasses and he had them repaired within hours. He was a fabulous guide. Thank you for choosing him for us!
The attitude and service of all the drivers was good, and the cars were kept clean. The standard of hotels was excellent - above my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent.
In summary, the whole experience was excellent and I don't have any negative comments. If I have the opportunity to return to China, I will certainly make use of your services again.
