"Shaoxing is more beautiful than I’ve expected."
Shaoxing is more beautiful than I’ve expected. We went to Shen Garden and Lanting Pavilion, both of which displays the amazing culture and the delicate scenic beauty of southern Chinese cities. It’s a pleasant experience to go sightseeing on a boat. I saw the local life of Shapxing people. The city makes me calm and happy. I love the trip. It’s totally worth it!

"i fell in love with the city"
One of my Chinese friends advised me to visit Shaoxing, and it turned out he was right! I felt in love with this city when I took a Wupeng Boat along the river that runs through the city. I saw the houses of the local people, and I saw the many delicate bridges and the natural beauty along the river. Everything seemed so calm and delicate. After that, I went to Shen Garden and Lanting Pavilion, both showing the wonderful amazing culture of China. Other old cities and towns in China are top on my traveling list, because they are really very appealing.

"I will come back again!"
I think the trip was good value for money. My cousin and I had a wonderful experience there in Shaoxing. That city was like a hidden treasure for foreign visitors, since they have no idea how a small southern city can be more interesting than some more known big cities. Thanks to the wise advice from your staff, we were able to visit this city and totally enjoyed it. We went to Lanting Pavilion and saw the unbelievable calligraphy works; at Shen Garden, we learnt the sad love story of a famous Chinese poet; we saw the distinctive buildings and lifestyle of the local people when taking the boat cruise…I will come back again!

"enjoyable tour"
This trip was a superb display of the scenic beauty and culture of the city Shaoxing. I was deeply impressed; our driver was very accommodating, and the bus was spotless; our guide Zoe was very enthusiastic and she makes every effort to bring us more fun; the itinerary was well devised and time was well allocated. I wouldn’t have enjoyed it so much without your excellent service! I will surely use your company when I come to China next year.

"wonderful Shaoxing"
Our trip in Shaoxing was wonderful! My little girl was very curious and exciting when she saw the buildings and people from the boat we were taking. Our guide was like a waking encyclopedia. She told us many interesting related to what we saw along the river and answered all our questions with great patience. This boat cruise was really fond memories for our family! Only I was not into the local food we tried, but my girl kind of loved them.

"this tour is very special"
Thank you China Travel Depot for arranging such an amazing trip for us! My brother and I have traveled a lot, but this one topped all others because it’s very very special. We had a taste of the local life of a water town. The boat cruise was the best part when our boat travels along the ‘river streets’ of the city. I saw with my own eyes the distinctive buildings and lifestyle of the local people. The Lanting Pavilion was an outstanding display of Chinese calligraphy, which we admired a lot. Shen Garden is a ‘garden of love’ , it tells the love story of a famous poet in Chinese history and his beloved cousin. I now know that Chinese towns can really give us lovely surprises!

"Shaoxing, an exceptional city"
I had a great time in Shaoxing, an exceptional city! I love all the sites we visited: the boat cruise, Shen Garden and Lanting Pavilion. My favorite was the boat cruise. Our guide speaks super good English. She was a joy to be with, always knowing what’s the best information to share. She was considerate enough to explain the dishes on the list so that we could order what we wanted. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company and our guide Liz to friends and family.

"Excellent!!!"
This trip was exactly what I have expected it to be in the first place. Shaoxing city is extraordinarily beautiful, it’s a water town. It was really an experience when we go sightseeing in the city by boat. I was able to see the house and life of the local people and get to know some interesting stories about the city’s past and present. Our guide was very knowledgeable and willing to share information. Our driver was a kind and polite man. All the sites we went were all amazing. My big thank you, China travel depot!

"The trip was really a delight!"
Everything was well arranged. It was just what i expected, and more. I’m sure this will remain an unforgettable memory in my life. The city is very different from other big cities such as Beijing. It’s simple, quite and has a unique flavor. I loved the boat, they called it Wupeng Boat. The boatman was a delightful person. We passengers don’t know Chinese, but he kept on sharing things with us. We could see from his face his love and pride for his city. Shen Garden and Lanting Pavilion were all worth visiting. The trip was really a delight!

"a garden of love!"
My boyfriend and i enjoyed the trip in Shaoxing. We think the highlight was Shen Garden. It was lovely to know that the garden was otherwise called ‘garden of love’. Our guide told us the moving story about a famous Chinese poet and the girl he love. On the wall carved the poem he wrote for the girl, and we were deeply touched though we can only know its meaning through our guide’s interpretation. The garden is also very beautiful and elegant. This garden was really an amazing surprise for us.
