Dalian International Airport adds Huai’an Yiwu Bankok and Chiang Mai destinations

Since 27th Oct, Dlian International Airport has begun to execute the winter-spring flights timetable. It is reported that the average plan of the winter-spring flights is 1035 per week, which increases 10.3% from a year ago. It is expected to reach 1118 per week during the Spring Festival transportation, which is a year-on-year growth of 12.9%.

Compared with this time last year, the winter-spring season routes of this year particularly increases the flights of southeast line (Hangzhou, Xiamen), middle line(Zhengzhou, Changsha, Wuhan) and Western line(Kunming, Chengdu, Xi’an, Chongqing).It also adds some destinations, such as Huai’an, Yiwu, Bankok, and Chiang Mai, and restored Daqing, Jixi, Mudanjiang, Yanji, Baotou, Yinchuan and Lanzhou.

Affected by the opening of the high-speed rail, the Dalian-Harbin route in this summer-autumn season declined from 5~7 flights per day to 1 flight compared with last year. After the coordination of Shenzhen Airline, Sichuan Airline, Huaxia Airline and Capital Airline, this winter-spring flight season will restore Hangzhou-Dalian-Harbin route and Xi’an-Dalian-Harbin route, and will add Dalian-Baishan-Harbin route and Dalian-Harbin-Jixi route. The flight amount of Dalian-Harbin route will reach 5 per day, which is same before the opening of the high-speed rail.
