Beach Vacation to Dalian

Dalian is popular for its beaches. Having a unique landscape that looks like a tiger’s head, the city that located at the Liaodong Peninsula, is a worth city to visit. There are four main beaches: Bangchuidao Beach, Tiger Beach, Fujiazhuang Beach and Xinghai Beach. Most of the beaches are clean, sandy and have clear waters

According to many, Bangchuidao looks more like an islet – a small island, which have the combination of beaches, hills, and beautiful courthouse. This islet is located 9 kilometers away from Dalian city center. At the northern part, the islet surrounds by hill, pine trees and cypresses. The Bangchuidao beach that covered with smooth sands is located at the southern part of the islet..

Tiger beach on the west coast does not only have beautiful beach scenery, but it also has a fascinating amusement park – the Laohutan Ocean Park. The Laohutan Ocean park is the largest water park in China. Several popular attractions from the park are the dolphin show, the coral hall, and the bird singing woods. In this bird singing woods, you can find thousands of birds is inhibited in one massive aviary house, pigeons, white whales, sea lions and many other wild animals.   

Fuhiazhuang Beach is more quite if we compare it with the other beaches around Dalian. The beach is 550 meters long. It is popular for its turquoise sea color. Although the beach is not as developed as the other is, many people are coming to this beach to enjoy the non-city atmosphere beach that covered with hundreds of reefs. In this beach, people can do several water sports such as: surfing, swimming, boating, as well as fishing.

Xinghai Beach is another beach that is worth to see while visiting Dalian. This beach is located inside the Xinghai Park. Although the name is similar, this beach is not close by to the Xinghai Square—one square that once was the largest square in Asia. Some attractions that people can experience from the beach are The Sun Asia Coral World, The Sun Asia Ocean World, and The Sun Asia Polar World.
