Hello Luis,

I want to "Thank You" for planning such a great tour for us.
Kathy was great and knew her, "stuff". Each tour was steeped with history. I can not say enough about her! She went out of her way to accommodate us. Her English is excellent. You must be very pleased and proud of her!

Our driver Mr. Lee was great, even though, I'm sure we tried his patience on many occasions, he was always smiling, went out of his way to assist us, always had fresh water available to us and finally, manipulated his way through Beijing traffic like an expert.

Beijing is such a modern city, the cleanliness, the architecture, the friendliness of the people and the enviromental conscientiousness are all a tribute.
Terracota warriors in Xian and the Ancient Town in Pingyao also gave us a deep impression.

Our hotel were all great. The meals were excellent, more than enough food. Although, I found the one drink limit strange, we survived and ordered extra on our own.
I am looking forward to returning to China next year and I will book with China Travel Depot again.

Once again, Thank You Luis. I enjoyed myself and I would not hesitate in recommending China Travel Depot to anyone.

Sincerely,

Gloria McDermid

Hello Tom,
I would like to thank China Travel Depot sales team for taking care of all our requirements. Lina and the driver were really supportive inspite of our vegatarian issues. I would soon send a copy of the snaps I had taken with them.

The trip was arranged exactly the way we wanted, (so as the last trip in 2002). They sold us the trip and they did oversee and look after us during the trip. It is understandable that they have to use some other agency to conduct the tours in certain cities. But, when we became unhappy, all it took was to send them an email. They corrected the situation in matter of hours at night and we really appreciated that.Thank you for arranging our special and memorable China vacation. When our boys are a bit older, we will plan to visit again!

Best Regards,

Hello Julia,
We felt the time at each spot was appropriate. Our guides were very accommodating if we desired more time for shopping or sightseeing. I did enjoy when the guides talked about the history of the location but also included what what going on today like the industry that supports the city, etc. Most guides did that.I was impressed with the skill of the drivers. They were all very focused on their jobs and got us to where we needed to be in a timely, safe fashion. All the vehicles were clean and in good repair.

Overall, our experience was amazing. I would highly recommend your travel company to anyone. I had checked with two other tour providers here in the states. You answered my e-mails very promptly and completely. The payment methods you provide are good. The guidance you provided for someone like me who rarely travels abroad was outstanding.

Best regards,
William Willy
